The paper presents the collecting and documentation selecting stage în the achievement of a computer based training program. There are four sections. First section is a short description of all stages needed în the elaboration of the computer based training program; second section deals with the program info-material selection and organisation; third section presents an example of how the above mentioned program organisation has to be done; finally, the fourth section came with the paper conclussions.
